"The stand out performer for me was tenor Matthew Vickers who sang the role of Arnold. . . he sang beautifully and his voice had that metallic resonance. . . We had the experience of hearing a coloratura soprano, Sharin Apostolou, singing a pants role, and she had the rare experience of wearing a dress while doing it. I also want to mention bass Jeffrey Beruan, who played Walter; I’d like to hear more of that voice and I hope he will return to BCO in a larger role." -OperaGene.com Read full review.
